 Wild Acres Family Farm & Bakery – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our local cottage bakery! Because all products are handcrafted to order using fresh ingredients, we have the following policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Cancellations & Changes (48-Hour Rule)
  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date/time. Orders cancelled within this time frame are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are non-refundable. At this point, ingredients have been purchased and preparation has begun.
  • No Exceptions: Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are generally not eligible for a refund, as these perishable items cannot be resold.
2. Deliveries
  • Accuracy: Please ensure a accurate and complete delivery address and phone number is provided.
  • Safety: Please provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave on porch table").
  • Responsibility: Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for damage due to weather, heat, pests, or improper storage once dropped off.
3. Returns & Quality Policy
  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns.
  • Quality Issues: If there is a defect in your product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. If a quality deficiency is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or a partial credit.
  • Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds if you simply do not care for the flavor or texture.
